The Legalisation Office have announced that they will not legalise documents which are solely in a foreign language unless (as an absolute minimum) some indication is given as to the content of the document.
This really just confirms that when a document is signed we must all understand the contents of the document.
Since I am bi-lingual Spanish/English, I am able to ensure that the Legalisation Office are informed of the content of a document written solely in Spanish.
